Withdrawal Notice

This withdrawal notice applies to consumers (§ 13 BGB) entering into a paid distance contract with TourKit (notably TourKit Pro). It does not apply to free TourKit Basic, as no paid contract is concluded there.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you have requested that the services should begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to the services already provided up to the time you informed us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in respect of this contract, as compared with the full coverage of the contract.

Note on performance beginning during the withdrawal period
If you order TourKit Pro and wish to use the service immediately — which is the typical case for a SaaS subscription — we will, during the order process, ask explicitly for your consent that the service begin before the withdrawal period has expired. You give that consent by ticking a corresponding checkbox.
This consent does not cause you to lose your right of withdrawal. It only means that, upon a valid withdrawal, you owe a pro-rata value compensation for the service already used up to that point (§ 357(8) BGB).
